Preservation of Wisconsin's Clean Water Supply: Reform and regulate: This is a petition explaining the nature of our peaceful protest on Saturday, June 23rd (06/23/17)

This petition is a demand for the preservation of Wisconsin's clean water and groundwater supplies, highlighting our demand for a zero tolerance reform policy on polluting Lake Michigan.

This is a beaming light of fair warning to us all, and the people demand full disclosure on our water treatment facilities, and the sources of pollution contaminating the planets largest frehwater region on the surface of the planet.

Clean water must be defined by these restrictions or requirements:
1) Quality Standards:
a)All water must be filtered through reverse osmosis in household water filtration devices to ensure our outdated and ineffective water systems are producing clean water even if that means a real estate code mandate for an appliance around $1000 FOR NOW
b)All water lines must be rid of lead piping. The fall of the roman empire may have very well stemmed from the high levels of lead poisioning they were subjected to. Why are we emulating the roman empire? Hmm.
C)Clean water means 100% free of ALL contaminants, g:
i)Flouride
ii)Chlorine
iii)Mercury
iv)Corrosion Debris, Lead and many more toxic impurities ...

2) Conservation of Great Lakes region and Lake Michigan Purity
a)Lake Michigan coastal regions must be tested for water quality and offer a transparent definition of the current quality at ALL public access locations with weekly testing to determine the following: 
i)Wildlife decay: If the fish are dying and rotting in their natural environment, then there is a reasonable suspicion that they have been made to live, or die, in a toxic environment.
* We demand to know the cause of their large fatality rate and if the toxicity levels are any indication of urban population trends
ii) Quality measured by the coastal regions portrayed as one whole, not by standards only relative to individual public access points.
*We demand to know where our water pollution is at its worst, then demand that you regulate and orchestrate reforms that proactively reverse the current pollution, as well as prevent future pollution from occurring.
iii)If we are banking on the icecaps to melt and THEN run out of freshwater sources, then we are banking on a climate shift that may or may not work in our favor.

Peaceful Protest in Summary:

While one government entity demonstrates their courage and commitment to public safety at Bradford Beach, another government entity in charge of public safety demonstrates how commited they are to "letting us know" that we "may or may not" be swimming in dagerous levels of a fatal gastrointestinal virus known as echoli.

If we are warned about water bradford beach's water quality, and informed to merely "be aware of current quality" of public access lake water by conducting our own secondary research, then perhaps it is necessary to conduct some primary research or demand that it be done through majority vote.
If you, the controlling entity of ourwater utilities, are knowingly polluting the great lakes, in a time of freshwater scarcity, then we are as ignorant as California in their discovery of the earth's finite supply of groundwater. They face economic collapse and the trend must be proactively changed into a new way of living and a new standard of water conservation and cleanliness.

If you have shamelessly left it to the people to determine our own safety, then we demand to know where and how you are causing or ignoring the cause to this toxic and bacterial threat lies at the feet of the coastline of Lake Michigan.
The wonderful effort you have put forth in the mounting a "warning" sign in the sand of bradford beach tells me to that there "might be" a fatal waterborne illness in the lake, and that i should stay updated on contamination levels on my own
So as I approach this public access to lake michigan, a lake that is connected to the largest freshwater region on the surface of the planet, I should be careful of how contaminated it "might" be? Is this because you lack the resources to keep the actual levels of contamination up to date on your sign, or is it that the levels of contamination are so highly toxic and polluted that you are embarrassed to reveal how dangerous you've made your public access beachfront to lake michigan? Worse yet, is it that you do NOT know how bad the water treatment systems are currently failing and you do NOT know how much raw sewage you are so carelessly feeding to your public?

Facing California's drought, the United States citizens will be forced to migrate to a sustainable climate. If the recent drought and groundwater supply shortages continue in the next decades to come, we will see an unprecedented migration to our country's larger freshwater supplies and the regions they are supplying.
One quick glance at the world map will show that a national migration from California will lead many to the regions surrounding the great lakes and respective groundwater supplies that rest in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
This is a demand for higher code requirements on, private or public, residential commercial plumbing fixtures that feed and treat our water supplies, and an overhaul on the complete ignorance on our nation's scarce freshwater supply because California's real estate market is going to collapse if the homes do not have a water supply.
We either let the same conception of a limitless supply of freshwater destroy the rest of our economy, or we change now because population spikes around the great lakes regions will only compound our current constructs of water treatment.
