Most of us are unaware of the horrific abuse endured by factory farmed animals on a daily basis for their short miserable lives. Footage by undercover workers show abhorrent and sickening treatment that would be enough for many of us to turn vegetarian. Not everyone can manage on a strict vegetarian diet but we can ALL make better choices.
Choosing free -range although its more expensive wont mean the animal has had steroids injected so that they grow so quickly they cannot stand. They would have had a reasonably painless life with some fresh air...
...Do it for peace of mind. Whats good for them is good for us. Whether you belive in God or not, lets all treat others how we would wish to be treated so that we can look back on our lives and be proud of how we lived.

I have faith in the government as long as you are leader and I hope you will not let the people down. This is a seldom talked about topic and is long overdue.
