Demand an end to federal tax on wages while government is shut down.

If the U.S government is "shut down" we as U.S citizens should not be charged federal tax. We should indeed be compensated for all previous taxes withheld during said "shutdown" at least. We may even be due some compensation for being victimized by delinquent and insubordinate officials who have sworn to serve us (US Citizens).
