Disability hate crime

I was born with a disability and bullied all my life been called spastic and retorted, if a person called it you they should be punished and arrested. Why should we hide away from the outside we have a heart and feelings just the same as everyone else. I don't want to happen to others who have a disability all the police are doing is having a word with the people are doing it and it not doing anything. The people just do it again and again.
