Unfair and Favoritism

I am trying to get back on the swim team. I want to participate in the sport for my last senior year. They dismissed me because of my attendance. I work a part time job, go to school, have doctor appointments, and was on the swim team. I scheduled everything that I could around my practices. I had an agreement with my coach that I would make the practices I could. I did my best but a month and a half in my coach dismissed me. I would like to get back onto the team. Please help.
