Stop Members of Congress from Asking for Leniency for ISIS and other Supporters of Terrorism

Congresswoman Ilhan Omar wrote to the judge presiding over the sentencing of 9 Somali Minnesota men who attempted to join ISIS. Omar's intent of the letter was to
lighten the sentence of these 9 wanna-be terrorists. Federal law should prohibit members of congress from asking for leniency for enemy combatants.
