Justice for karina Moreno

I want justice for karina Moreno, she was brutally hit by another student in san clemente high school, she was in severe condition and the school did nothing but suspend the other student for 5 days and karina is currently in the hospital and out of school for 3 months!! We deserve justice and an explanation on why the school decided to come up with that decision
