I have a neighbor that is mentally unstable she's also a mother of two that cannot take care of her kids she's also a heroin junkie that uses heroin everyday and every single time my husband parked his vehicle in our driveway he comes out thinking she owns the building telling us we cannot park there and then she gets physically abusive we've called the police on her but they will not do anything so here is my petition and I'm hoping my neighbors see this like Liz violent Donald Maria Patrick my mom Debra my boyfriend David that she physically assaulted she's just another tenant like we are but she's so violent and so verbally Disturbed I'm so mentally Disturbed and acts like she owns this old building and wants to boss everybody around and tell everybody what to do and wants to be in control of everything when she's just a tenant herself she's going around causing problems with all the other neighbors around here she's a nonsense and there's no reason to have that type of drama or problems around here all the other neighbors agree not wanting her around here and this is a petition towards and Chong to get her out of here...
