Canadian banks have been advising us that we will soon no longer be allowed to use our pocket-sized bank books to keep track of our bank accounts. These books are very important to many people, especially seniors, for keeping up-to-the minute track of their finances. By the time you get a monthly statement, the information is way out of date -- it's too late. Demand that banks continue to provide us with this service!
