Remove Rule #5 under "Uniforms", sentance stating "tattoos must be covered"

Under the Cheerleading Guidlines in the Holdenville Highschool handbook there is a rule stating "Tattoos much be covered", my goal is to remove this rule. I believe tattoos are not something that need to be covered when they are apart of your body, and an individuals story. Tattoos have become widely accepted throughout the years and I hope they can become excepted to be shown when in a cheerleading uniform.
