Both employees and the public have witnessed Ms. Ruby Dye on several occasions display a lack of compassion for many who come to District 26 seeking assistance for themselves or their families. Her incompetence on the social level and disrespectful behavior has rang out threw the City of Compton for long enough. It's terrible how she would make it hard to ask for help, but now it's great to have some peace to see her judge nobody else,
