In China, millions of dogs and cats are killed every year and every June they hold a festival where people eat thousands of dogs over the course of a few days. These innocent animals, slaughtered everyday because people want to eat them. I am disgusted by some of these peoples' actions against dogs and cats so this is why I would encourage everyone to sign this petition to ban the slaughter of dogs and cats for good. The way these people kill these animals are appalling! people strangle them to death; people burn them alive; people dunk them in boiling water alive; also the worst in my opinion is that they whack the dogs and cats on the head with a baseball bat and killing them. The pain these animals must go through. Once they have whacked them on the head the animals may just be knocked out and the are left in excruciating pain on the floor. People then come along and blowtorch them whilst still conscious. Just think of the cries that come out of these poor animals mouth when they are killed in this manner. Please, support me with this and end these horrific acts and festivals.
