We, the undersigned Petitioners are fighting to keep Del Victoria Cavazos locked up in jail.
On Nov 13,2015 DEL ViCTORIA CAVAZOS, pled guilty and was sentenced to 4 years for tampering with evidence with an additional 20 years for the Robbery.She has only served 5 years out of 25 years that she was given!
DEL VICTORIA CAVAZOS played a huge part in the death of our father by her comming in the store to scope the place out.She drove the getaway car.She helped conceal evidence that would convict her and her Boyfriend while outside talking with police officers and playing with her dog! All this she did while her kids were in school. She has portrayed herself as a victim in this entire tragedy,but unfortunately this is far from the truth.
She does not deserve to get out to enjoy life while we constantly relive that horrible day everyday of our life. We have to bear the pain she caused us still to this day.
