Stop the SNY /GP INTEGRATION.

NDPF IS A VIOLATION OF THE 8TH ADMENDMENT OF OUR CONSTITUTION. They have started the wars against inmates to reduce the population of our prison by letting the yards collide. S nY yards not only put protective custody side in danger but both sides are at serious risk of death., Injury, and the are not being brought to the attention of families or the public.
