It sounds ridiculous to raise voice to save lives of honeybees in ago where humans are being killed like vegetables but we must raise our voices to save lives of honeybees because survival of honeybees has great connection with the survival of human beings. More than 7 billion people of world are feed from honeybees. Similarly, honeybees are also playing great role to keep our agricultural system altogether.
According to a recent survey, the population of honeybees is decreasing rapidly and in just last few years, more than 250 million honeybees have been killed. Researchers say that environmental pollution is not only a single cause of death of honeybees but also pesticides giants like Bayer are also responsible for the death of honeybees. In farming, pesticide sprays neonicotinoids chemicals that are very toxic for insects.
Therefore, I demand from administrative authorities to ban toxic pesticides that are not only harming insects like honeybees but also very dangerous for birds and animals. I also demand responsible authorities to impose strict rules and regulations on corporate sector for the use of insects. I hope, general public will also support this petition to save lives of innocent honeybees.
