Damand an end to cell phone policies in the county jails of dropped calls

The reason for this petition is we spend lots of our hard earned money on the county calls to keep in touch with our loved ones and to give us peace of mind that they are okay.We are losing these calls not by our fault and it continues. We are asking that we are given our calls back that is all and that the cell phone policy change. CELL PHONES ARE USED MORE NOW THEN HOUSE PHONES
