and ask him to begin sessions with congress, foreign governments and the USA United Nations Embassy to end the torture, killing and eating of BILLIONS of innocent dogs and cats in ALL countries.
Put more government money into saving animals, and less into unecessary wars.

My petition is being sent to President Trump and Ambassador for The USA Embassy Nikki Haley, and numerous animal welfare organizations to generate help for these suffering dogs and cats worldwide.
God Bless your efforts to help these precious animals.
Pray the Governments of all these countries and our Government will become more interested in saving animal lives, rather than creating destructive wars.
