School road safety is a right for all

It is unfortunate that something so elementary should not be put to practice in every school. Safety should be applied inside and outside school gates, yet many thousands of rural schools do not comply with enough through traffic for a simple zebra crossing or road signs to be installed. Unfortunately, unless a tragedy occurs and the worse happens local councils do not have to install them. Let's make this elementary right law and demand safety in front of every school.
