Demand the State to Open up the funding for Education

Schools all over Illinois are having programs cut, because of the Illinois budget crisis. The state of Illinois should open up the funding for education so programs don't get cut, and teachers don't get laid off. Nobody should receive a paycheck from the General Assembly and Governor Rauner until they agree upon a budget for Illinois.
