END ANIMAL KILL-SHELTERS IN VA

There are over 5,500 animals dying every day. Its a sad thought. Whats even sadder is that a majority of animals euthanized in kill-shelters are perfectly fine. Those animals killed in shelters could have found loving homes, but because of a set amount of time that most kill-shelters enforce the animals are killed. Please help me to end kill shelters in VA and maybe one day the U.S!!
