We, the undersigned and Ambassadors of the 250x2040 Global Movement, are honored to invite you, representing millions of unemployed and voiceless people throughout Africa, to show your solidarity with our movement. We stand with millions of unemployed Africans to create 250 million jobs by 2040. We would also like to invite you to join fellow African billionaires by participating in the African Billionaires Council (ABC) and helping to collectively fight against poverty and unemployment in Africa.

We invite you to address our Million Voices for 250 Million Jobs Virtual Summit, which will be held on December 14, 2025, at 1:00 PM EST. This summit aims to galvanize global support for the 250x2040 movement, specifically inviting 3,000 billionaires, the 1,000 largest corporations, foundations, investment companies, and other global entities to join us in creating 250 million jobs by 2040. The summit will culminate in the "250x2040 Declaration," a global invitation for support and commitment to this movement.

The summit is expected to gather over 1,000,000 250x2040 Ambassadors, along with invited dignitaries, billionaires, corporations, investors, foundations, guests, renowned speakers, and institutions. Key topics for presentation and discussion will include the unveiling of the 250x2040 Global Movement, the necessity of collective effort in job creation, the transition from an AID paradigm to a Jobs paradigm, perspectives of the unemployed in Africa, the contribution of the 250x2040 Initiative to UN SDGs, and the 250x2040 Declaration.

At the core of the 250x2040 Global Movement is the belief that economic empowerment is a fundamental right, and every community has the potential to thrive with appropriate tools and support. Our initiative operates through a network of passionate ambassadors committed to fostering sustainable economic development, with goals to create 250 million jobs by 2040, build 50,000 sustainable communities, impact 1 billion lives, and raise $20 billion to fund these initiatives.

The need for African billionaires to come together arises from the significant social, economic, and environmental challenges facing the continent. By pooling resources, sharing insights, and collaborating on the 250x2040 initiative, African billionaires can create impactful solutions and foster sustainable development across Africa.

The convergence of African billionaires under the African Billionaires Council (ABC), guided by the principle of "leading by example," offers an unparalleled and historic opportunity to transform Africa's developmental trajectory. By uniting the billionaires' resources, influence, and vision, these leaders can not only address the continent's most pressing challenges but also inspire a new era of prosperity, innovation, and self-determination for all Africans.
