Don't kill the car culture in Massachusetts!

Cars that are heavily modified(e.g. exhaust mods, lifting/lowering, neon underglow), and other related things should be legal within reason, allowing more mods with the exception of unreasonable things like non-transparent windows. Another thing I should mention; neon underglow can make cars safer, especially in a scenario that you are driving a black car at night with a missing headlight(so it will make the car more visible).
