REQUEST FOR RESIGNATION OF REVEREND ___________________

The First Christian Church of Bells is suffering greatly from Reverend _______lack of ministry to the congregation. Under his lack of leadership, people are not reaching out for Jesus. Neither existing members nor newcomers are ministered to by his sermons. He does not reach out to the sick or needy - they receive no comfort from him. Church members receive no guidance from him for their work, and the congregation dwindles.  Nearly all of the youth members of the church have left since Reverend ____________joined the Church. 

There is only one solution, which is an orderly end of your ministry here. 

According to the terms agreed upon when Reverend ___________joined the Church, we are asking that he voluntarily resign immediately, giving 60 days notice.
