Fighting Gentrification in Philadelphia

The Zoning Board of Adjustments (ZBA) is being led by an ex-developer and current consultant. The ZBA has been recklessly allowing variances with no regard for the communities being affected. The community leaders are up against the wall fighting with the developer’s lawyers. We are trying to get s group of law students to help support the community leaders.
