In its fifth year, the Jamrock reggae cruise continues to draw reggae lovers from all over the world. Many are loyal repeat customers, and together we make up the Jamrock family.β¨β¨
With that in mind, it has come to our attention that this years new management (RoseTours) have made changes to how cabin name changes are managed.β¨β¨
In previous years, if, due to unforeseen circumstances, Jamrockers were unable to attend they had the easy option to change both cabin names - it took 20 mins, a small fee and a few emails. Considerate, simple and appreciated by the Jamrock family as it ensured no-one lost money.β¨
This year it's only possible to change one name, if both names need to be changed RoseTours considers it a cancellation and no refund is given. A Jamrocker has recently lost $2000 on her cabin. This means Jamrockers are left out of pocket and RoseTours effectively sells the cabin twice.
β¨β¨Jamrockers aren't happy about this service and would like the original policy re-instated which allows for two name changes on a cabin, thus ensuring none of the Jamrock family takes a financial hit should they not be able to attend for any reason.β¨β¨
