People should sign  this petition to stop the destruction of a beautiful landmark  building to be torn down. People have a right to enjoy beauty and have a quiet place to meditate. The developers want to  pay millions of dollars to purchase the buillding and build a high-rise building.  Write or call Cardinal Timothy M. Dolan of the Archdiocese of New York at 1011 First Ave., NY, NY 10022; and ask him to not to tear this elegant 96 year old landmark down at 237 E. 62 St., NYC, that has so many beautiful memories.
