Requesting Fair Compensation for Inadequate Water Services

The residents of #155 Wellesley Street East have been without warm water for upwards of two weeks. We believe that management has a practical and ethical responsibility to provide fair compensation to the residents affected by this matter. We do recognize that these failings do occur as part of general building maintenance and do not wish to lay any particular blame on anyone, however as part of honest business practice we believe that if a utility, listed under the tenant's contract as an expected service, cannot be provided for an extended period of time, it is reasonable to expect that a resident should not pay in full for said deficient utility.

We appreciate the management's cordial consideration on this matter, and we are open to discussion about this request.
