Mr. Hayes the Landscaping guy for our subdivision has caused sever stress to me and my family. He has been instructed on several occasion starting back in 2018 not to block my driveway. Mr. Hayes has called me out of my name and stated the HOA agrees with the name that he called me. Mr. Hayes knows to park in the turning lane in front of the subdivision or in the subdivision pool driveway. He has refused to comply. Why should anyone pay HOA fees and be bullied. I am requesting that he is terminated since he continues to caused distress to me in my own home. This Petition is so none of us will face anymore bulling from Mr. Hayes with Reliable Lawn Care.
