Create an engine break free zone in our neighborhood

For too long now large trucks have been abusing their emergency engine braking systems (aka Jake brakes) as a means to contribute to an unnecessary noise pollution in and from the area(s) at the intersection of south mountain rd and millers falls rd. Engine brakes are an emergency method of slowing and trucks have sufficient distance and grade to slow properly.
