Charles Warren Fairbanks #105 has some great teachers and support staff, but the school is lacking good leadership. As a concerned and involved parent, I have spent many days in the school. I have observed the good, the bad, and the unsafe. I have seen decent/stressed teachers struggle in the classroom. I've witnessed non-supportive, defensive, and rude administrators. Lastly, I have seen countless students leave classrooms whenever they feel the need. Dare I mention the countless suspensions, miscommunication, and lack of quality instruction?
As a village we need to unite to help better serve our children and community. Please sign this petition in efforts that the school board recognize CHANGE is what we are demanding. No more broken promises. We are requesting an open forum meeting with administrators, school board members, community members, parents, and students. We need a plan for Charles Warren Fairbanks I.P.S. #105 and we need it NOW!
