This new Constitutional Amendment will prohibit all three branches of Government from passing, signing, and ruling on laws that endanger the rights and lives of ALL PEOPLE within U.S. jurisdiction.
"Congress shall make no law, nor shall the President of the United States sign any Executive Order, nor shall the Judiciary make any ruling that imperils the rights and lives of any persons within United States jurisdiction without just compensation.
"Any infringement upon this Amendment and the guaranteed rights and protections therein shall result in mandatory Lame Duck status for all participating representatives, and immediate and full recusal from further service on the bench to all participating justices
"In such case as the accused occupies a position of power over which this Amendment is overseen, the immediate underling in the chain of command shall be tasked with executing this law by the powers vested in their superior.
"Should such violations include numerous or all members of any branch of Government, those convicted of said crimes shall be barred from running for and holding public office in the United States of America and her subsequent territories."
