Uber surge cap in central Virginia

Uber partners (drivers) in the central Virginia market demand an explanation why our region has been capped at a 2.1 2.2 while other regions inn the state continue to see surge rates much higher. We also demand that the cap be removed. If not for uber partners the uber corporation cannot make money and uber customer cannot get a ride. We are tired of our concerns and needs being put to the side, but being told every change being made is an effort to being the driver.
