IF CONGRESS VOTES TO SHUT DOWN THE GOVERNMENT THEY SHOULDN'T GET PAID!

Everyone who believes that Congress should not get paid if they shut down the government should sign this petition.  After all they are NOT doing the job they were sent to Washington DC to do.  NO retroactive pay either!
