Rebuilding the 400 Block in Downtown Hollister will provide a home for many of our very valuable non-profits in our community. After 28 years of sitting empty, this building is about as good as it gets...a "smart growth" facility combined with a wonderful Philanthropic Center that will serve the entire community. Restoring the 400 Block also provides affordable housing units in our community and prevents additional sprawl in our small town.
