CAPTIVE ORCAS IN LIVING HELL

Imagine yourself in a bathtub, unable to get out or move around freely.  This is the plight of captive marine mammals everywhere, particularly orcas.  In aquariums all over the world, they live in small tanks with overheated water, and are made to perform like circus animals.

Literally thousands of Care2 members signed the petition to tell Sochi, the Russian city that is hosting the Winter Olympics, not to display two wild orcas, a young female named Narina and a young male. Just this week it’s been confirmed that the two orcas will not be delivered to Sochi.
