As most people know my baby was 9weeks premature and got home at 7weeks and contracted rinovirus (to adults the common cold) my baby took really ill and I had repeatedly took her to the doc and was told its was viral that night she took really not well and took a gasp I jumped up and picked her up I could feel her heart beat slow down and I knew instantly I had to resuscitate her I did twice the way I got taught in the neonatal unit my baby was such a little fighter and it took ages for her to start to get better and is now on oxygen 24/7 if I never knew what to do it could have been worse and when talking to one of the nusres who told me that is was only compulsory in the neonatal unit I was in schock.so im doing this as I feel that every parent should know this before there baby comes home and the maternity unit should make it compulsory for everyone so im hoping you all are willing to help me thanks
