Save the Jackson Mall

Recently, I've been going to the mall with my friends and have noticed a majority of the stores have been closing down. I feel like the mall could be a huge hang out spot if we'd make it bigger and put more funding into it. As of now we only have 56 stores, a majority of them being stores that teens have no interest in. If we got more funding people from all over would come go our mall. Trenton, Milan, Humboldt. Business would be booming!
