ROMFORD EX DEBENHAMS SITE TO BE MADE INTO ZARA STORE

Following the very sad closing of 'the heart of Romford' AKA. the Debenhams in Romford, this is a petition for the closed site to be reopened as a Zara store. We would like the council to consider approaching Zara SA (Zara retailer) with an offer to take over the unused site where Debenhams, very sadly, once stood.
