You should sign this if you agree that Cys workers don't look into the Parents background. They just go by reports by anonomus people without effedence. And the parents should have a right to know who turned them in. And as for the anonomus people that turn parents in should show indentification and proof of the abuse or neglect. It should be in person and not by phone.
