The Copenhagen Zoo killed two adult lions & two 10 month old cubs to make room for one male lion. The zoo's practice of killing healthy animals must be stopped and alternative solutions must be used such as letting the healthy animals go to zoo's that want them .
The Copenhagen zoo should be investigated for killing healthy animals without seeking alternative measures & should be under new mangement that won't allow the killing to continue.

Dear Helle Thorning-Schmidt Prime Minister Denmark and Lesley Dickie EAZA,
Please do not allow the killing of healthy animals at the Copenhagen Zoo to continue.
With the death of Marius the Giraffe and now the four lions and countless other animals in between this practice of killing healthy animals is unexcuseable on many levels.
Please, stop this from happening again. Thank you for your compassion .
