The last wednesday the "clients" of our beloved Rideau-Rockcliffe Community Center- forcefully harrased- every client by refusing the City service of use of the Food Bank Emergency Service.They were told if they did not complete a 2 question survey about the centers service not the food banks service that they would be denied the service.
The center is not owned by the city but does recieve grants every year from them.The food bank belongs to the city not them.THis was the only location in the city doing this.They even refused when someone spoke up and said "no".Our names were not added to the survey.
We demand a public apoligy and a letter of this sent to myself at Branhe2@aol.com.
