In Australia, we have what's called freedom of religion. A person can believe God is a piece of toast if they want to. They may open a church to that effect, & a school, & employ only people with that same faith. They may also enter the Senate, & this is why i say that no religious book in Australia should be allowed to contain instructions to maim or slay a person. Isn't this only common sense :-/ ?
Diaa Mohamed, in November 2015 began The Australian Muslim Party. Now ...i ask how many of you feel you need to vote for this party? How many of you would suffer guilt if you did not vote for the Muslim party? In this Christian democratic nation, you don't have to be afraid. You need to know that you are able stand against the parts in the Quran that are oppressive & violent. I want to hear moderate peaceful Muslim voices say "If i could take the parts away that frighten you ...i would", or "this is why i'm here. To get AWAY from that" or "I do know those parts exist as a matter of fact". Many of you i speak to don't want to acknowledge the violent parts of the Quran. I want to hear your voices because recently i was told that there's no such thing as a moderate Muslim, & i'm sure they're wrong. I'm sure you'll protect us, & forgive us for not welcoming you properly, by taking away violent parts in the Quran. Please use your democratic right to vote on this petition, so that violent text may be removed and doesn't get into the hands of violent extremists who blame the text. While some Australians yell "NO to Islam" & Muslims yell "ONLY Islam", the madness continues and peaceful Muslims are caught in the middle. Please don't hate or fear us. Please see that right now, in Australia, you can make a difference. You came for your safety. Please think twice about who you vote for this election. In a Christian democratic nation, you should Never have to run from another country again. Never.
It's on the news that people are being radicallised by other people, but who here agrees that it is the few violent parts of the Quran which are radicallising violent people? Again, please use your freedom of choice in Australia. Please don't choose for instructions to maim & kill people to remain in the pages of the Quran. It is a book you love & it is being highly scrutinized while violent text remains in it. Please. There mayn't be more than 40 dangerous instructions in the Quran. If we removed them, hardly anyone would notice. Please sign this petition. You should not need to be afraid and you should never feel forced in this country. I feel many of you are standing in Australia, but your minds are still being dictated to by a government that dictated to you and governed by creating fear in people's hearts. You may not have let go, and need us to teach you to live without suffering. It's going to be a long road ahead, but we'll make sure you get better. Now, a Muslim Party's looking at you, in ways Islamic immigrants are still most accustomed to. They look to you for a califait. It is our job as your hosts to help you settle, & guide you to make your own choices, a choice to remove dangerous text from the Quran before a court opens that will prosecute both you & i in awful ways. Reject these awful ways. Remove them from the pages of the book.
