Supporting an Inclusive 2019 Guelph Holiday Gathering

Previously, we gathered together during the Holidays to kick off the Season downtown with a "Tree Lighting", and then a "Winter Lights and Music" event which went on for many years. More recently the name has been changed to "The Mayor's Christmas Tree Lighting".

We the undersigned, wish to see a return in 2019 to inclusive wording that is not indicative of a particular religion, so that everyone, regardless of their faith, can feel included and welcome to attend this event, which was originally meant to serve the entire community. Thank you.
