Demand Real Justice

I have an issue with a friend who's having to pay money to her ex. Even though her ex tried to run after their kid with a chainsaw, he trashed their vehicle and threatened her on multiple occasions. Yet all he is getting is a slap on the wrist and she is having to pay money to him to support him because he is too lazy to work. She does not owe him a dime and she does not need to be paying ANYTHING to HIM not with his history of what he has done. Why is the law allowing this to progress? I don't know where to go with this petition, but I think this situation needs to be made public. Maybe this is it.
