Allow students at Hernando High School students to wear headphones

Students at hernando high are not allowed to wear earbuds/headphones which isn't fair a song teachers wear them. Students have started to bring loud speakers which makes it hard to hear emergencies. If we were allowed to wear headphones it would make it easier to hear announcements and emergencies which could save more students life's.
