Help Lee get rehabilitated

Lee had an accident 1 year ago and was left brain damaged, not only that Lee developed spastica down the right side of his body, causing his arm to be in constant pain and his ankle is deformed.
Lee's family were promised that Lee had a bed in the Robert Ferguson Rehabilitation Hospital in Edinburgh. Lee's doctor then took it upon himself to call the hospital and told them not to keep the bed for Lee, without any discussion with his family. Lee has not had any physiotherapy yet his doctor has informed his family that he won't get any better than how he is. Lee has a 5 year old daughter so if no other reason I think she deserves him to at least get given a chance of rehabilitation.
