These officers have been allowed to harass, and demean the minorities of the Baytown area for many years, it is time we bring it to the attention of the media and everyone that we will not allow this mistreatment and racial profiling to continue. Citizens should NOT be living in fear of those who are designed to PROTECT AND SERVE.
