Remove the Statue and Plaques of Late Senator Robert Byrd

Robert Byrd was a Senator in West Virginia. It's well known he was a racists and member of the KKK, rising to Exalted Cyclops. It only makes sense to remove his statue (as well as any plaques with his name, such as but not limited to the Courthouse and Federal Building in Beckley, West Virginia) while the country removes many other statues of people who did far less (like singer Kate Smith).
