Shut down SunTrust bank

SunTrust banks has been charging multiple overdrafts fee for things that were process when people have funds available. They refuse to refund any overdraft fees. They are robbing customers of there hard earned money and won't even prove that the charges are necessary. They have had several complaints on multiply sites and still no change. I just want to be treated fairly. If you have had any problems with them please sign or know anyone that has had a problem please sign . Thanks
