Stop Lucas Valley Road from becoming a race track for motorcycles by adding speeding cameras

Some motorcycles and car drivers are using Lucas Valley Road as their race track. We have seen drivers do up to hundred miles an hour on Lucas Valley Road. Not only is this a driving hazard, it has caused the death of many a wildlife and is a major source of noise pollution. Police presence in the area is pretty much nonexistent which only helps to worsen the problem. This is a petition to add traffic cameras to catch speeders.
